Is there a free trial?
Yes — 7 days, no credit card required. Connect your accounts, build your alert rules, see if the dopamine loop works for you. We won't charge a cent until day 8.
What does the trial include?
Everything. All features, no caps, all platforms. Trial users get the same product as paid users.
When does the multi-account discount kick in?
The moment you add a second account. The price drops to $19.99 / account / month automatically — no plan switch needed, billing adjusts on the next cycle.
Why is annual cheaper?
Because annual subscribers commit. We're confident enough in the product to pass that confidence back to you as a real discount, not a token.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your iPhone Settings → Subscriptions, or use the Manage Subscription button inside CRAVA. Apple handles cancellations natively, so it's one tap.
Refunds?
Refund requests go through Apple's standard refund flow (we don't bypass Apple's process). Most refund requests are approved automatically within 48 hours.
